One of the top producing Realtors in the Greater Louisville, Kentucky and southern Indiana areas,
David Huber attributes his success to his knowledge of the industry and the area, an unyielding work ethic and a genuine desire to help his clients find or sell their home.

Welcome
I grew up on a farm here in Louisville, which helped prepare me for the long hours and hard work associated with the Real Estate industry. My Midwestern upbringing instilled many of the values that serve my clients well. Then, after earning an undergraduate degree from Bellarmine University and an MBA in Management from Pace University in NYC, I followed a career in business, specifically sales and marketing management, for companies like IBM, EDS, Kimball International, and National Tobacco. Twelve cities later, I returned to my Old Kentucky Home with a desire to apply all of my experiences, personal and professional, in the challenging yet rewarding real estate industry.
Perhaps it’s my farming background, but for me, success in the real estate industry is fundamentally about helping people pick up and put down roots. To do this effectively, I rely on five core values:
- There’s dignity in hard work.
- Listen, listen, listen to your customers.
- Treat people and relationships with respect.
- Make your family proud of you.
- Give 100% in every action and interaction, no matter how big or small.
I have been helping individuals and families relocate for over ten years and, in doing so, have developed some truly endearing friendships. I am also a father of three and a grandfather of four. My wife, Teri, is the love of my life. We love to travel, bicycle, take long walks together, play golf and entertain friends and family. And if you care to listen, you’ll hear plenty of stories about Emmett, our six year old, ninety pound ‘baby’. Although he is a rescue dog… with our kids grown and on their own, we realize that he probably rescued us!
